Budding Manager Program

AIM:

ICBM-SBE believes at continuous improvement, so we focus and impart skills which will evolve students as future leaders capable of taking quick and smart decisions, so as to enable them to navigate faster over the corporate ladder. The Training Modules developed under the Budding Manager Program are designed with the intention of promoting strategies for Management competencies, Communication, Personality Development and the Employability of the students. The rationale behind this endeavor is the recognition of the multifaceted influence of the personality of the students.

OBJECTIVE:

The objective of the training program is bring about overall development and change amongst the students with regard to different skills and competencies essential for the students to deliver the expectations of the corporate world. ICBM-SBE will focus on the student’s Communication skills, Personality, Presentation Skills, Etiquettes, Behavioral, Managerial and Employability skills. To sustain in the corporate life, these skills have become mandatory. ICBM-SBE, tries to incorporate them to the fullest extent in student’s personality.

AN INTEGRATED LEARNING APPROACH:

The Budding Manager Program of ICBM-SBE is a comprehensive, integrated student training and development program developed in house to enhance the soft skills and overall personality of the students. A three-dimensional learning approach - Group Learning, Self-Learning, and Mentoring comprises the approach which focuses on progressive development of a student. In Group Learning, a trainer will facilitate the learning process through classroom setting to a group of 30-40 students for a particular period of time depending on the training requirement. It will focus on conceptual clarity of the topics and equip with skills to practice the exercises. Self-Learning is a supplementing and complementing tool for Group Learning process. This is done through a dedicated career skills module designed by the experts from the field. ICBM-SBE Info Labs (ISIL) will offer approach specific information, self-learning tools and formats articles and chat on line. The program has been designed and developed by Prof. Zarar Director - Principal and, Prof. Jitender Govindani Director - Academics.

PurpleLeap VSAT Program: ICBM-SBE has entered into an agreement with A-Plus Education Solutions private Limited under the brand name Purpleleap which would be training the students on domain specific job skills. Purpleleap offers two programs namely

This program enables a two way live video interaction of top professional from IIM’s and Top Manager’s from the Corporate World.

ICBM-SBE has tie-ups with Ma Foi Randstad to provide a certified training program for the students to enhance their professional skills to make them job ready. This ensures that the level of employability of the students increases in tune with the latest requirements and on par with the international standards laid down in the corporate world.

ICBM-SBE makes sure that all the students take the training as his/ her responsibility and students ought to take the Feedback seriously. Everyone is expected to attend and apply the training and development process before, during, and after the session. This includes completing pre-training assignments, actively participating in the session, and applying new ideas and skills. They are expected to constantly re-invent themselves.
